Made from rectangular steel tubing, 1-1/2" x 3/4" x 14 Gauge.
This tubing comes in 14 or 16 gauge. The 16 gauge is strong enough but may be hard to weld without burning through.
This design only requires straight cuts (hacksaw or chop saw), an electric hand drill or drill press, and a small welder (MIG works well, but stick or welding torch should work).
